‘ExerciseMaseter’ provides three durations of high intensity exercise, ‘gentle’, ‘sweat’ and ‘hurt’ at 8, 16 and 24 minutes respectively. That’s it, a minimum of 8 and maximum of 24 minutes (plus warm up and cool down time) is all we ask from you! The exercises are broken down into 30 second ‘sprints’ of up to 16 different exercises, all demonstrated by Stick-man and designed to work different muscle groups whilst giving you a great overall cardio workout.
The beauty of these high intensity exercises (other than the short duration) is that once your have finished, your body continues burning calories as part of the natural recovery process. If you follow the routines regularly it can make a big difference to your level of fitness and along with a healthy diet can help you control or lose weight.
